Shipping & Delivery Policy

At hmyora, we are committed to delivering your favorite products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. We currently offer fast and reliable shipping across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Verification Call: Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), our fulfillment team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and delivery address before dispatching your package.

  • Processing Time: Unconfirmed orders cannot be dispatched. Once your order is confirmed, it takes 12 to 24 hours to process and pack your order at our warehouse.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days anywhere in the UAE.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer [Free Shipping / A flat shipping rate of 20 AED] on all orders across the UAE. (Note: Choose whichever applies to your pricing strategy)

  • No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any extra COD taxes or hidden fees at checkout. You only pay the amount confirmed on your order receipt.

3. Delivery Process

  • Our local courier partners will attempt to deliver your package to the provided address.

  • The courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable during all three attempts, the package will be returned to our facility, and the order will be marked as canceled.

  • Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including Villa/Apartment number, Street name, and prominent landmarks) to avoid delivery delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number and a link to trace your shipment in real-time.

5. Delayed Deliveries

While 95% of our orders are delivered within 1-2 days, occasional delays may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or high order volumes. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 business days of confirmation, please contact our support team immediately.
